"Doctor?!? I have a problem."
Recently Emma was sick with roseola. She had a fever of almost 104 from Tuesday till Thursday night-it was such a miserable time for her. When I got her out of her crib Friday morning, she had a pink speckled rash all over her belly & back. By Saturday, she was completely covered with little polka dots. Thankfully the rash wasn't irritating for her, even though she looked pitiful. By Monday she was feeling much better and the rash was starting to fade- it was a rough week, but the Lord gives grace in time of need!

Almost 9 months old

We love this picture of Emma(notice the food beard). She has been making fish lips lately and it is quite comical to watch. In just a few days, Emma will be nine months old. That means she has almost been out for as long as she was in! She seems to change every day- she is learning and discovering new things and seems to understand what we talk to her about. Her top two teeth came in this past week! She has started saying a few words, but it is random: "dada, mama, jack, moa("more"), etta("emma"- she always says this when she looks in the mirror or sees a picture of herself!) ".
