Michael was treated for dehydration at the hopsital on Sunday night and released a few hours later. The doctor said that it was good that he came when he did, otherwise, he could've been looking at several days hooked up to fluids rather than just a few hours.

Everyone is well now. After over a week of sickness, it is gone.

Regarding Michael: he is still weak and tired, taking things slowly in order to build endurance and strength back up. Most likely he will be back at UVA in a month or so to see whether the hole in his j-pouch has healed. There have been cases where surgery is performed to fix the hole, but our nurses have strongly cautioned us against that. They have encouraged us to continue to wait and let it heal on its own. The risks of surgery to repair the hole outweigh the benefits by far. Please continue to pray that God would heal him and that in the meantime we will respond with praise to Him.
