Grandpa & Grandma came to visit us for a few days- we had so much fun just watching them with Emma. When they arrived, Emma stared and studied each of them carefully with a blank expression on her face before giving a smile of approval. With all the hugs and kisses, it didn't take long for her to get attached to her grandma & grandpa! She got lots of attention and lovin' of course. Grandma, Emma and Nina went to Olive Garden for lunch yesterday- mmmmm, and then to Target afterwards. That was Emma's first time shopping in the toy department- she loved the toys that made music. Grandma got Emma a little Beatrice Potter book- thank you Grandma! Last night while Nina taught piano, Grandpa fed Emma her bottle- and tried to feed her some pears with her cereal. She gagged from the pears. Today we went to a mexican restaurant for lunch- we let Emma suck on a slice of lemon- that was hilarious. Thanks for coming to visit Mom & Dad! We think that Emma was looking for you when she woke up from her nap- she misses you and hopes to see you again soon. Here are some pictures from our time together (thanks Dad)!

So cute!!! My brother looks like the proudest Grandpa around. So glad they get to spend time with their precious granddaughter.
