Emma meets Baby "ed-dee-dot"Several friends from church helped with taking care of Emma while we I was in labor. She first met Elliot on Monday morning. It was the most precious thing to watch ever- we got it all on video and have already watched it several times. When we first brought him out, she looked at him and said "baby ezra" (which is Annie's baby). We said "no, this isn't Ezra, Emma. Who is this baby?" and it clicked. In awe she whispered "Ed-dee-dot!". She loved holding him- kissing him often, touching his tiny hands and naming everything : hair, nails, toes, nose...
After she held him for a while, she tried to pick him up on her own. Elliot didn't seem to care, but I stepped in anyway to take him from her. She cried out "no take him!" Congrats, big sister Emma!

Congratulations! I'm so happy to hear that your labor went well, and that Emma's adjusting so well to baby brother. :) It's so exciting to see that!
Your new home looks beautiful. Stephanie told me how much work you've put into it, and it looks really nice. I'm excited for you to get to use your finale program!

I remember when Emma was that little! It sure doesn't seem like it has been that long but so many changes in our lives! I don't know if you remember us or not but it was such a blessing to read your story and see your cute little guy! Chris was always very thankful to Michael for "hiring" him to raise money for the mission trips.
