I've recently become a Walgreen's shopper, thanks to Money Saving Mom. Since the closest Walmart is about 20 minutes from our house (more like 30 when you have two kids to get in and out of the car), I'm a huge fan of being able to plan exactly what the deals are before going out. Money Saving Mom does all the hard work for me. I just do the shopping!
Below is what I got from this week's deals. We were almost out of windex, completely out of scrubbing bubbles (first time trying the wipes), will probably need some drano soon since we don't have a garbage disposal, and all of you who know our dog, Jack, know that the fabric sweeper for pet hair will be put to GOOD USE. The progresso soup ended up being a total of .15 cents! Total money I spent was $9. 03. After receiving rebates on almost all the items below, I will get $4 back- meaning I got all of that for $5. 03!
Total savings of $26. 38
Now you understand why I'm such a fan :)
It almost seems silly to be so excited about saving a little money on these things when we spent so much money on medication this month, but I know that I need to do my part in using what the Lord has given to us. Some things are completely out of our control. That being said, we trust the Lord to provide for all of our needs- He has always proven himself to be faithful to us!

Nina,
I am a huge fan of Money Saving Mom too! I love Walgreens deals! I don't think you're silly at all for being so excited over those savings. I get giddy too when I get free or great priced stuff. I got some of those Progresso soups too. Can't beat $0.15/can! I love saving money!!! I thank the Lord for allowing us to get those good deals. He always provides!
