is where this perfect house is located. In the very back of a beautiful neighborhood. On a quiet street. With a huge yard backed up to woods.
Just one minute away is what we are going to be packing our boxes up for...we are about to become first time homeowners!!!
1.7 acres, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (YAY! YAY! YAY!) office area, finished room above the garage{guest, play & school room}, completely open living area with vaulted ceilings, utility room, plenty of closet and storage space, big windows, beautiful porch, huge deck and patio & a pool, swingset, two sheds...this house meets every item on our "needs list" and every item on our "that would be nice if we could find a house that has..." list. And it's move-in ready!
Thankfully, God works in much greater ways than we understand and has clearly shown us that He wants us to stay in this little town{you can read more about that here }.
Our realtor, who happens to be a sweet friend from our church family, told us that in all of her years in this business, she has never seen a situation like this. The home inspector and several others that know the specifics have said the same thing. The details involving this sale can only be attributed to the direct working of God, so we are praising Him for the great things He has done in providing this home for our family. He is so good.
Who would have thought. That the week before Michael's major surgery we would be going through a house inspection and signing papers???!

congratulations!!! What a beautiful home!! God is so good!!
Praying for you guys!!!
Yipee! Even though its only a minute from you...I think it makes us 1 minute closer...which means we will be neighbors who only live 44 minutes apart rather than 45! That's the best part of the whole deal:) (okay....the pool, yard, and extra bed room are pretty fun to look forward too as well!)
What a blessing! Certianly looks like the dream house to me!!! Praying that the signing of papers etc will go smoothly and everything will be set in stone before the surgery.
