We are planning to go to the Neptune Festival at the Oceanfront this afternoon- weather permitting! It's looking pretty ominous out there right now, but hopefully the rain will hold off. Charissa Glazner and I went to this festivl a couple years ago- the larger than life sand sculptures are amazing! (I'll be posting pictures, of course :)
