Email

After a series of unfortunate events with our verizon email accounts, we are very unhappy to have our current email addresses unexepectedly cut off and possibly forever irretrievable. So if you've tried emailing anything to me on my verizon account in the last couple weeks, I've not been able to access my account and will probably not be able to any time soon. We had to switch plans when we moved and were assured that not only we would be able to access our accounts during the switch, but also that we would be able to keep the same accounts open. Well, whatdayaknow, the next day we aren't able to access our email accounts. Phone calls followed...they told us we'd be able to access our accounts by June 9th. Ok, we can wait, even though that's not what we were originally informed and it caused inconveniences. June 9th- we try to access our accounts and are informed that they have been deleted. More phone calls...can we speak to an ENGLISH SPEAKING CITIZEN???? for crying in a bucket! Unfortunately, this story has no happy ending. After Michael spent hours on the phone with this foreigner, she told him he would have to call back after 6pm. yeah. we aren't too happy with verizon right now.
