Happy Times!

Tonight our little family went to the fair together! Mommy & Elliot
Elliot (3 months old now!) showing his support. He's done his research.

Emma petting a bunny rabbit. She loved seeing the aniamals, but there were about 30+ roosters cockadoodling at the same time in one tent and she didn't like that too much.
It was a beautiful fall night for our family outing.
Could going to the fair be complete without some yummy food? Finger-lickin' good as you can see :)
Tonight was the first time I've had funnel cake- and boy was it yummy! (we all split this gigantic one; but, yes, I could've eaten one all by myself)

Our little boy. He's such a good baby. Loves to smile, sleep, eat, watch his sister, is very ticklish, sit in his exersaucer, and loves to be snuggled! We found out tonight he doesn't like tractor pull races.

Daddy with his kiddos and an antique John Deere.

Funny looking pencil ducks

Emma has been very interested in doing things with me in the kitchen lately. I've been trying to teach her how to crack an egg (I don't know why I started with this not so easy technique). I demonstrated with one egg and then handed her an egg after she nodded her head saying she understood what to do. She then chucked the whole egg into the bowl. We're working on that technique still. . .
Here she is collecting the profits from making homemade chocolate frosting and enjoying every moment of it!
On this particular morning, the first thing Emma said to me was "I Make PIZZA?!?" This was before breakfast, so I told her we would make some pizza later when Katie came over. She looked forward to that all day- Katie and the pizza.
She frequently will bring me to her table, point to it and say "dough", "pizza" or something along those lines. We have a little chef on our hands!

Katie and Emma. Katie is a sweet girl- and has been a help to me the past couple Wednesdays. She is going to be such a great big sister!
