Our sweet little girl is growing up! Here she is all ready for church in the dress she got from GrammyDee. She even has two itsy french braids- where has my baby gone?!
Me and my buddy-boy. He went through a growth spurt recently (hence my migraines returned from having to wake up for extra night time feedings). I call him "chunky-chubs" now. His leg rolls and stubby toes are irresistable!

It was cool enough part of this week to pull out sweaters- yay, fall is here! Of course, this little man was born a tar heel fan. Michael told me that one of the reasons he started liking UNC so much was because his dad was a Duke fan. SO, I've warned Michael that Elliot might just do the same thing to him and become a *gasp* Duke fan. (cursed be the day, says Michael).
Daddy talking to his boy, and his boy copying his daddy.
What a CutiepaTootie!
Strapped in the stroller for a walk to the park. His face lights up when he sees mommy or daddy or sister (or himself in the mirror) so it's pretty easy to catch some pics of him smiling.

Will he keep those blue eyes?! Emma's didn't turn brown until she was about 7 months, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Our little town library is right down the street beside the park. Last week was the beginning of the children's reading hour. My neighbor, LeeAnn, and I walked over together so Emma and LeeAnn's adorable boys- Nicholas and Douglas- could be a part of that AND enjoy some time spent playing at the park. It was somewhat relaxing for me, since Emma had some friends to play with. Elliot fell asleep while I sat on the swing and talked with LeeAnn. We are looking forward to more times like this!
Emma's having a blast- can you tell by the expressions on her face?
How do I flip this?

It was kinda cloudy this particular day, but we still had fun.

How I enjoy seeing you and your children, Nina!!! Thanks for posting pictures of your cute growing children! So great. I love that scenic picture. Did you take it? Miss you! Lai
Loved seeing your pictures, Nina! Emma and Elliot are getting so big! I hate that I won't get to watch Elliot during those early months - they go by so fast. Hopefully someday he and Natalie can meet - hmm . . . arranged marriage??? :) And I'm so glad you're enjoying your ministry and town; it sounds great. Come to Michigan sometime! :)
