Five Years

As a Christmas gift in 2004, my sweet friend Lai gave me this wonderful memory book for recording the special times during Christmas. I used to enjoy scrapbooking but it is much too difficult to keep up with everything I think is worth keeping up with, so I gave up that hobby years ago! This memory book is a fill~in~the~blank style and it has been so much fun to bring along each year, wherever we are, and complete the pages for that season of Christmas fun. The book covers 5 years of Christmases and this was the 5th year, so my first book is done! Thankfully, while my family was downtown Indy last year, we stopped into a bookstore to get some coffee and I spotted THREE of these exact same books- marked down to $2.50 a piece!!! I confiscated them all...and look forward to having many more years of memories. Here are the pictures from each year (I downloaded these in chronological order, but now they are out of order. Does anyone know how to move pictures around on a blog?!)my, how our family is changing!
