Sweet Times...

My dear, sweet friend Lai and {one of}her beautiful little girls, Havilah came for a short visit "on their way to Pennsylvania" for another friend's wedding. We didn't have too much time together, but we sure had a blast making the most of the time we had! The last time we saw eachother, I was about 6 months pregnant with Elliot...and Lai was just as pregnant with Havilah because we shared the same exact due date. THERE THEY ARE!!!

Late night pick up at the teeny tiny airport in Newport News. The size of the airport struck Lai funny...she had just come from LAX and Atlanta.
I fell in love with this little girl as soon as I saw her...isn't she a doll??? She didn't know what to think of her crazy AuntyNinNin at first though! At this point, Havilah was pretty confused what was going on. All day on a plane and a three hour time difference will do that to a toddler!

I had the wonderful privilege of introducing IKEA to Lai. Again, we didn't have a long time to spend there, but we enjoyed a yummy hot {& cheap} breakfast and some time browsing together before she had to leave for PA.
